Meet your new secret weapon for rich, fall-off-the-bone flavor. Our Mangalitsa pork hocks are a cut above anything you'll find at the grocery store — loaded with collagen, marbled with that signature buttery Mangalitsa fat, and packed with deep, slow-cooked flavor that only a heritage breed can deliver.
Whether you're braising, smoking, or simmering a pot of beans, these hocks bring a richness and depth that will transform your dish. The natural gelatin releases during cooking to create incredible, silky sauces and broths. One bite and you'll understand why Mangalitsa is known as the Wagyu of pork.

We raise our Mangalitsa pigs with great care on Texas Hill Country pastures and oak tree groves. The extra grow time — 18 months versus the 6–9 months of commercially farmed breeds — creates rich flavor and beautifully marbled meat. Mangalitsa is a heritage lard breed from Hungary, prized for its buttery fat that is low in saturated fat and high in Vitamin D. This is slow food, raised the right way.
