Our Mangalitsa Bone-In pork chops are a best seller. Sliced thicker at a 1 - 1/2 inch with the bone in along with a 1 inch fat cap - these chops are packed with flavor and tenderness.

We raise Mangalitsa pigs with great care. Raised on hill country pastures and oak tree groves, the extra grow time creates rich flavor and well-marbled meat. Mangalitsa’s are a heritage lard breed pig from Hungary known for their rich, buttery fat which is low in saturated fat and high in Vitamin D. They are slower growing, taking 18 months to mature vs 6-9 months for commercially farmed breeds. We intentionally leave a large cap of fat on each cut because the fat is even more flavorful than the meat and they’re amazing when eaten together in a single bite.
